We’re making progress on rolling out the extensions. When your new account is extended by the days owed on your old site account, you should receive an email updating you about it. If you signed up on the new site with a new email and member name, we won’t find you in the system. For those people who signed up at the new site between June 16th and June 21st, your account may have become untethered from the payment processor. That means that your account might cancel but the processor would still charge the card. We have a fix in place now, but if it effected you, contact us to reactivate your account: https://rawlyrawls.com/member-support/
There’s always a few bugs when rolling out a new site. Thank you for your patience. We’re fixing things as we go, and overall I’m happy with where the site is. The goal is for it to cause almost no problems, and let me focus on writing. We’re getting there. Again, thank you for your support and understanding.
