UPDATE: The system has decided to randomly cancel a few accounts now in addition to the false expiration emails. If your account is cancelled, don’t worry you’ll still have the access you paid for. In the parlance of the system, cancel means autorenew is turned off, expiration means that access has ended. So, if you’re mistakenly cancelled, you’ll just need to manually renew when your account expires at the end of its term. I hate having to deal with this stuff, I would rather be writing. But such has been the nature of this site. The new site should be much more stable. My web dev has made it a priority since these glitches showed up a few days ago. Until then, feel free to email me if you need any membership help.
Feb 13: We were hoping that the current site would stay relatively glitch free until the new site is ready. That hasn’t come to pass. The current site has started sending out expiration emails to accounts that are still active. If you get such an email, check to see if you’re still active on the site (you probably are). If you’re having any issues with membership, let me know and I’ll fix it. We hope to have the new site going soon, it has been put up to the top of the priority list with these new issues.
Once we got age verification working on the current site, the priority for the new site was lowered. But now that we’re having these problems, the priority is raised again.
I’ve been hearing about this new site for, it seems like, years (I know it hasn’t). What’s going on with that?
