Today, I had a question about Plus vs Max memberships. It got me thinking about how best to utilize the tiers. I’m going to make one small change. Going forward, Plus and Elite are the only levels that will have access to sketches. Max will have access to everything else (all illustrated and text stories). And the basic membership will not change. Thanks for understanding!

My membership got cancelled before the expiration date, can you help?
Cancelled just means that it won’t autorenew on July 11th. You should still have full access until then. If you want to autorenew, you can turn that back on in the “current membership” tab. Email me if this doesn’t solve your issue and we’ll get it fixed. Thanks for the support!
