There were a few surprises, but overall the new software is working well. First, the headline is that I’ve decided to extend everyone’s membership to April 20th. I’m doing this, because the recurring payments did not transfer to the new system. I want to give everyone time to log into their new dashboard and update their PayPal or Credit Card info. You won’t be charged until your membership expires on April 20th.
If you’re not in the system but you paid (we tried very hard to import everyone, but it’s possible), let me know and I’ll get you up and running with extra time on your membership. I appreciate everyone’s patience with this. This wasn’t ideal. Changing membership systems was not my first choice. But I want you all to have the most seamless experience going forward. And this was the best way to make that happen.
I’m unable to update my payment method. I get a screen with three “update payment” buttons but clicking any of them seems to bring me right back to the same screen.
However, I am glad that I can reach and download TWT Ch18 now vs yesterday when both wordpress and the site interface saw me as logged in, but when I tried to download the story it kept asking for the password.
Yeah, I’m having the same issue. The site tells me that one of my “actions needed” is to update my payment method, but I’m seeing the same screen, with the same issues.
