Here are some sketches from Never Insult a Repecki. This story introduces a new artist to my site, the excellent Nick Eronic. Ummul is the first of his Repecki species to serve in the Outer Planets Fleet. He faces bigotry as a pioneer. One day he finds that his species’ mating ritual works on humans.
NickEronic has sketched out all three chapters. If the reception for this story is good, I might write more chapters when the first three are finished.

I just wanted to add something that I really thought popped, Nick Eronic.
The freckles ! As a lover of red heads seeing an artist actually capture that really is a wonderful draw and sexy little call back to reality that I have to admit, I don’t see many artists make. I loved that little attention to detail.

Sketches are small here but from the title page I can tell I like the artwork already.
Good work, Nick Eronic. I just like the clean, crisp image in the title. Just like Tendermindd captures the moody dark imagery. I see that Nick Eronic has a good grasp of the bright shiny clean sci fi nature of things. We do notice and appreciate it !
