Six people so far have had issues with their membership not automatically recurring. All of them paid by credit card through Authorize. This is not universal, as dozens have already had their payment recur. I have a ticket open with the payment processor to figure out what’s going on. In the meantime, if you can’t access my stories, it may be that your membership is expired. If this happens to you, renew and you’re good to go. I’ll update everyone when I have a solution to the recurring issue. It may be as simple as changing a setting in some members’ profiles. Thanks for understanding. And thanks for the support!
Hello, I have over 1,000 members from countries other than the U.S. Cards from other countries do work (don’t enter anything for the zip code if you’re not in the U.S.). But, there are some banks that decline transactions on my site. If you’re having trouble, a virtual credit card is the best way to get around the declines.
Have the same lroblem. Couldn’t read pt. 7 of enki’s puzzle. Saw your solution in the comments. Mine was cancceled after the februari payment succeeded.
For march I had to renew. Hope this is solved before the April payment. Love the site though
