Some helpful site changes went live today.

There are a few site changes that went into effect today.

The comment section was revamped; you can now comment at the top of the comment section (it won’t scroll you down). When you reply, your text box opens at the bottom of the reply chain. Reply chains are indented more to make them easier to follow. Plus a few aesthetic fixes. Here’s what it looks like now:

You can rate all stories from one to five; there is now a rating system for you to let me, and others, know how much you’re enjoying a story. You can rate it from one to five dark stones. You can change your rating anytime, so if you feel differently about a story as it progresses, you don’t have to worry about being locked into a rating. Please rate as many stories as you can, both text-only and illustrated. If the site gets lots of ratings, that will help it grow! You’ll find the ratings below the download links. Here’s what the rating system looks like:

The member counter now tracks memberships live: The member counter used to update once a day. Now, it tracks active memberships up to the second. Active members are anyone who currently has access to the site at any membership level. Here’s what that looks like:

    Very cool stuff. Not to sound greedy, and i think i may have asked for this before, but is there any way we can get an edit button for comments?

      I forgot about adding this feature. I’ll ask the web developer if an edit button is possible. Thanks for the reminder.
