At this point in the story, pregnancies have to be announced. Mom & Aunt got a hubby each, but Sister Sally needs a cover story.
Also, if Lizard Flu is gone, what if the Djinn allows something worse to happen to the world, forcing Billy to “expedite” his end of the deal? Just a suggestion.
