Love the text for chapter 4. When can we see illustrations? When is chapter 5?
Sadly, I haven’t heard from the illustrator in a months. I’ve been reaching out to her, but nothing yet. I’ll update you when I hear something.
Perhaps you could continue the story in text and let the illustrator catch up.
When an illustrated chapter is finished or near-finished, the next text chapter goes into a queue. It keeps me plenty busy. I don’t have time to write the stories that are going slowly or stopped. If I ever have a slow week, I could try and slip in a chapter from this story, or another that is stalled.
You might have to look for a new illustrator.
Abandoned?
It shouldn’t be.
It’s not abandoned. I love this story, and the art is great! The illustrator has had some hardships in their personal life. It is moving again. I just saw some new work on it a couple days ago.
